Our HR department is currently looking for a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic VP Human Resources (full-time) to join our team.
The VP HR is responsible for implementing HR strategies, programs and policies to ensure ProQR is able to achieve success through its people. The VP HR is accountable for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and employee development, using technology efficiently, and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute business objectives in the most efficient manner. The main responsibilities of the VP Human Resources are to drive all cultural initiatives, performance management, talent acquisition, engagement and retention, learning and career development and workforce planning.
